1.1 These terms (“Agreement”) apply to all repair services (“Service”) provided by iFixPro for your smartphone, tablet, computer, and/or accessories (“Device”) as recorded on our repair check-in form.
1.2 References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean iFixPro; “you” and “your” refer to the customer listed on the form.
The Agreement begins when you sign our check-in form and ends once your Device is repaired, returned, and all charges are paid.
We will undertake reasonable efforts to repair your Device, pending parts availability. Our technicians will apply professional care and skill.
We may use OEM (original) or high-quality aftermarket parts. Genuine parts will be used where specified and available.
If your Device cannot be tested upon check-in, we may require your passcode. Without this, full functionality cannot be confirmed until you collect it, possibly delaying service.
Any estimated repair time given is indicative only. Logic board (level 3) repairs may take at least five working days.
If additional faults or costs arise, we will notify you promptly. If no fault is found or you decline further repair, we may return your Device unrepaired and charge a diagnostic fee.
Disassembly may inadvertently worsen existing damage. We are not liable for such damage even during diagnostics. Replacement parts for non-repairable Devices will not be provided.
All repair and diagnostic fees will follow our published pricing. Diagnostic fees are non-refundable.
We will notify you when your Device is ready. Uncollected Devices are moved to our warehouse; delivery back to you may incur a fee. We may charge for long-term storage, and retain the Device until all fees are paid.
By authorizing repair, you agree any removed parts may be retained by iFixPro for recycling in an environmentally responsible manner.
Using our Service may void your manufacturer’s warranty. To retain it, contact the manufacturer directly. Manufacturer warranties do not cover accidental or liquid damage.
We will apply warranty seals after repair. Any tampering with these seals voids the iFixPro warranty.
Our warranty applies only to the specific device (identified by IMEI or serial number) and to parts we have replaced or repaired. It covers defects in workmanship or materials and recurrence of the original fault only.
The warranty does not cover:
Accidental or liquid damage.
New or unrelated faults.
Coverage transfer if the device changes ownership.
If liquid damage is detected during repair, replaced parts receive only a 3-month limited warranty.
Warranty applies only to customers within the country where the service was provided.
Warranty does not include travel, postage, or courier expenses.
We are not liable for:
Damage worsened by a prior repair by a third party.
Progressive damage caused by liquid issues. These are excluded.
If further issues related to the repaired liquid fault occur within the warranty period, we will reassess and may provide a new quote. Alternatively, you may opt for a full refund of repair costs (diagnostic fee non-refundable).
Any water resistance features will not be guaranteed post-repair.
If a part is damaged during repair, we will install a high-quality aftermarket alternative.
Upon collection, you must inspect your Device. If concerns are present, please notify store personnel immediately.
All refurbished Devices purchased from iFixPro include a 14-day return window, provided the Device is returned in its original sold condition.
A 12-month warranty applies to refurbished Devices. Faults discovered during this period entitle you to repair, replacement, or refund.
Returns should be handled via our online portal or the original purchase location.
Our liability for any single repair claim is limited to:
a) Re-performing the repair,
b) Reimbursing the cost of re-performance, or
c) Refund of the repair fee and returning the Device in similar condition.
If repair causes irreparable damage, we will offer a comparable refurbished replacement Device once full payment is received and the damaged Device is surrendered. This may take up to 10 working days.
You are responsible for backing up your Device. iFixPro is not liable for data loss or corruption.
If your Device is lost or stolen while in our care, we will inform you and provide a like-for-like replacement if available. Otherwise, a similar model will be offered.
We do not cover indirect, special, or consequential loss (e.g., loss of data, income, travel costs, accessory damage).
Claims must be made in writing within three months of discovering the issue.
We collect your personal information (name, contact details) to provide repair notifications and aftercare. With your consent, we may send marketing updates. Full privacy details are available in our Privacy Policy.
We are not liable for delays or non-performance beyond our control.
Failure to enforce rights does not constitute a waiver.
This Agreement is the complete understanding and can only be modified in writing by both parties.
If part of this Agreement is invalid, the remainder remains effective.
Third parties have no rights under this Agreement.
The Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the repair was provided.
By authorizing service, you confirm:
You have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these terms.
You acknowledge the Device’s condition at check-in and inspect it upon collection.
If dissatisfied, you agree to notify us immediately.
