Our Warranty

At iFixPro, we offer various types of warranties based on the specific product or repair service provided. Please note that the use of our repair services may void your manufacturer’s warranty. If maintaining your original manufacturer’s warranty is important, we recommend that you consult with or return your device to the manufacturer directly.

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty is associated with a specific device, identified by its unique IMEI or serial number, and linked to a specific customer as recorded in our system. The warranty covers:

  • Reoccurrence of the original fault that was repaired.

  • The part(s) that were replaced or repaired during the service.

  • Inherent defects in parts installed by iFixPro.

What Is Not Covered

The iFixPro warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage

  • Liquid damage

  • Any new or unrelated faults that arise after the original repair

  • Devices that have changed ownership after the repair

If any liquid damage is found during diagnosis or repair, parts replaced will carry only a 3-month limited warranty.

What to Do If You Experience a Fault

If your device develops a fault covered under warranty:

  • Please return it to any of our store locations.

  • One of our experienced specialists will assess the issue and guide you through the next steps.

Important Note:
Unless otherwise stated, iFixPro will provide repair or replacement services if a defect in materials or workmanship is found in the product or repair provided.
