iFixPro provides a limited warranty that covers only the parts replaced and the original fault for the specific device (linked by IMEI or serial number). Warranty does not cover accidental or liquid damage, or new/unrelated issues that arise after the repair.

Yes, in many cases, third-party repairs (including those by iFixPro) may void your device's manufacturer warranty. If keeping your manufacturer warranty intact is a priority, we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly.

Repair time varies by device and fault. Most standard smartphone and laptop repairs are completed same-day or within 1–2 working days. Logic board repairs or more complex issues may take 5 or more working days, depending on part availability and diagnostics.

If we find additional issues or if new costs arise during inspection, we’ll contact you for approval before proceeding. If you choose not to continue, we can return the device unrepaired, though a diagnostic fee may apply.
